Damages & Issues

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photographs of the issue. This will allow us to evaluate the situation and determine the best course of action. We encourage you to reach out within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Please note, the determination of defects is at the sole discretion of Sakura Clientele.

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled for a variety of reasons. Should your order be unable to be fulfilled, we will contact you directly.
• Sakura Clientele reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, for any reason.
