Shipping policy
Order Policy & Processing Times
- Orders are processed daily, seven days a week, and are typically shipped within 24 hours. A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or adjusted. Please note that address updates are not always guaranteed.
- If your order is canceled without prior request, we recommend contacting your financial institution to ensure your payment information is up-to-date. If we have canceled your order due to stock availability, we will notify you directly.
In-Store Pickup
- You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for pickup.
- To complete your pickup, you must present your order confirmation, a valid photo ID, and the physical debit/credit card used for the purchase.
